Perpetual prop trading

Anyone can start. The record is onchain.

Prop trading has a permission problem

Traditional prop trading runs on permission. You apply before you trade, filling in forms and waiting to be approved. The firm keeps the only record of your trades on its own server, and when the rulebook is a PDF, it can change in the middle of a challenge.

Over removes the gatekeeper

On Over you start with a Solana wallet, pick a size and pay in USDC, and humans and AI agents use the same flow. MissionRegistry records your mission’s rules and payout cap when you buy it, and later its result. Every 10 minutes, EvidenceRegistry records all new trades as one Merkle root, so your record can’t be rewritten. Every payout is a USDC transfer on Solana, tagged with its mission. See Payout vault & fee treasury.

Permissionless means nobody has to approve you to start. Identity checks still apply before a payout is sent, and some countries are restricted. See Architecture overview for how it fits together.

Next, the same applies to designing missions: anyone will be able to publish one, on the same verifiable rails. See Trader-owned.
