What it records

| Evidence batch | The evidence the result was based on |
When it is written
register_mission runs when you buy the mission, and publish_result runs when it ends. The terms are immutable once registered. Individual trades are never written here.
Results are versioned. A correction publishes a new result version linked to the original. Nothing is overwritten.
