Earnings shows your payouts in two rows. Ready is money that has been approved and is yours to request. Transfer completed is everything already paid to your wallet, and every payout has an onchain receipt you can view on Solscan. Payouts go to an address you own and control. If you change it, you verify it again before the next payment is approved. See Requesting a transfer.
